Although many positions or project work scopes necessitate relocation, the demand for technical candidates to “WFH” is rising and NATRESPRO can assist with that preference.
All projects and job scopes are related to upstream energy production, either onshore or offshore.
We created the first version of natrespro.com back in 2016 on WordPress. At the time, we also created custom WordPress plugins to enable a complex faceted search feature for Employers to find suitable candidates without logging in but with the personal details obscured. Employers could see who was available and if they were suitable without needing to register.
We maintained the website and created content, and managed social media channels. We also assisted in various collaboration initiatives in the energy industry.
Another feature we were involved in was in the creation of a historical mobile offshore drilling unit database, where candidates could find their past offshore workplaces. All credit to Steve Hauxwell the managing director, who spent countless hours researching historical documents and books.
The highly complex databases and search functionality were redesigned and rebuilt twice, the last time by Iteracy web development, where Jason worked with Steve to assist in the design and development of a different software language that OOTBI did not specialise in.
We achieved the goal of creating an attractive, sophisticated yet user friendly website and recruitment platform, then maintained it for around 6 years.
We created plenty of relevant technical and industry-related content and got traction in the search engines. We secured valuable media mentions and links in high profile publications such as recruiter.com, Huffington Post, Engadget and Fox Business.
The online footprint steadily grew partly due to social media engagement, and cross promotion with other more established businesses. We helped to create a mutually beneficial mini publishing network with these partners, to amplify each others message as a group.
The highly complex databases and search features were redesigned and rebuilt twice, and on the last occasion, we parted ways with NATRESPRO but still worked with the new web developers to help to ensure successful handover and continuity for all of the platform users.
We enjoyed our time with NATRESPRO and will them all the best for the future.

CPRedu was founded by a team of firefighters and paramedics with a shared vision: To inspire, teach, and provide the knowledge and confidence to individuals who are able and willing to take action in the face of an emergency. Cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in the United States, but with the right training and access to Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), countless lives can be saved.
CPRedu was created with the goal of equipping the San Francisco Bay Area with the best training and tools to save lives. They are certified through the American Heart Association (AHA), the leading authority in the science of saving lives through CPR and Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC).
CPRedu customers range from individuals needing last-minute training to boy scout troops and local small businesses committed to safe work environments to corporate clients of all sizes. CPRedu are passionate about empowering people to help people, and their CPR and AED training classes are designed to give students the confidence and skills they need to save a life.
CPRedu infuses real-life stories, scenarios, and anecdotes into their training to ensure that their classes are engaging and relevant to all students. CPRedu offers AHA Heartsaver classes for the general public and lay rescuers, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) courses for EMS and medical professionals such as nurses, EMTs, firefighters, paramedics, dentists, etc.
Josh has been gradually increasing the turnover and profile of CPR Education over the past ten years, has countless satisfied attendees and knows that he’s making a difference. His coaches help him cover most of the San Francisco Bay Area locations providing CPR and First Aid training to organisations of all sizes and smaller groups.
He has used different marketing channels, such as paid adverts and in-person activities, but realised that an SEO-optimised website would provide ongoing promotion and leads, even after a campaign finishes.
Josh created and updated his WordPress website and is doing a great job, but there are only so many hours in the day.
Our mission: To help Josh to level up and get to the position where he’s working on his business, not just in his business. He hired us to optimise his website and contribute towards a growth strategy.
Our task involved keyword and competitor research, speed and security website checks and then on and off-page optimisation. We discussed ways of creating an authentic web footprint where we helped users with first aid and CPR Education even if they didn’t attend.
We looked for ways that we could repurpose existing experience, content and digital assets and where we could inject fun or freshness into such an important topic.
At the time of writing (January 2023), we are only four months into the campaign. SEO tends to take 6-12 months to get results on average, but because the website was established, we found that we could see traction even in the second and third months, and the website is taking off in the fourth.
We set up a client dashboard for Josh where he could share files and see current tracking and analytics. We also provide a detailed monthly report listing specific SEO tasks completed.
Here is a selection of wins achieved so far:
- We saw the site slow-loading (Google page speed at 29%). We got this to 94% and 99% for the desktop.
- Full technical site audit and content audit, and site restructure. Ahrefs site score went from 73% to 97%.
- Existing pages were improved, merged or deleted. Fresh content was created by finding other locations and high-volume/low-competition keyword clusters.
- Restructure and redesign with existing website template, optimised without needing a complete rebuild.
- We have created unique, shareable and remarkable content built for bots and humans and SEO linkable assets.
- We created dozens of new pages, including location, educational and pillar posts. Guest posts are also written.
- Researched, mapped and improved local SEO (citations, name address, phone number (NAP), reviews etc.)
- Organic search traffic by user averaged 250-350 in 2022 until December, when we hit 615, and then broke 1000 in January 2023. Depending on which month we compared, that’s an increase of around 300-400% and currently climbing.

Cashmere Connect

Cashmere Connect is a database of participants that take part in the Sustainable Fibre Alliance (SFA) Chain of Custody. From herding organisations and cashmere processors to traders and members, their database allows participants to connect with each other across the supply chain.
Similar to Sustainable Fibre Alliance (SFA) which is made up of the same team, we were approached with the task of cleaning up the pre-existing Cashmere Connect website, which at the time was plagued with performance related issues, site crashes, and viruses.
Our Mission: To completely clean the Cashmere Connect website of all viruses and resolve all broken functions.
In order to achieve this, we firstly had to migrate the client’s website over to a brand-new server environment and work from there.
As of writing, Cashmere Connect now has a fully functional, virus-free website, with a full cloud backup.
All software has been updated to their latest versions which has fixed many performance-related issues.
Security hardening measures have also been implemented for enhanced protection.
