We met Saber Evnat when they were in the early startup phase. They had already installed a few jet mixers so had some evidence of product/market fit. The technology had also been fully established in the Russian market, and there were support engineers and other help there.
Saber Evnat came to us for everything they needed for a marketing campaign focusing on Europe, but also available for global opportunities.
We started with a marketing plan, where we mapped their risks, opportunities, and competitor intelligence. We worked with their executive team to create a list of marketing channels and a marketing calendar.
With so much to be done, we worked on what was most urgent or essential each month depending on their sales cycle, upcoming exhibitions and digital needs.
We were challenged to be a one-stop-shop for all marketing services, digital and physical. The work ranged from design, writing copy, research, strategy and assisting with execution of the joint plan.
